Refund policy

Items are returnable in their original packaging, 7 days from delivery. Returnable only for STORE CREDIT. Exceptions apply.

We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges on robes, pajamas, and jackets (even without personalization), or bathing suits, shapewear, skincare/body care (even unopened) 

As well, any item with customization (names, dates, personal information), etc cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our dresses, Second Love & Little Collections, have their own return policy. Please read the policy in each description.

After 21 days, refunds/exchanges/returns are void
