How do I drop ship your item?
Using your retailer account,simply input your customer's name/address in the shipping section of checkout and your products will go directly to them.
Is there a drop ship or handling fee?
No. You only pay for the price of the product plus shipping.
What are your payment terms for dealers?
We gladly accept credit and debit
Do you accept orders online, email, or telephone?
We only accept orders online through our website.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an immediate email from us with the tracking # once orders have been shipped. You may also track your order by logging into your account selecting the "Order Status" tab.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can! Please be aware that shipping prices on our website do not include duty and/or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery. The receiver will be solely responsible for these charges. If they do not pay these charges, you will be responsible for them.
I have a brick and mortar store or a home studio, how can I sell NKIN products?
NKIN products are perfect to sell in your store. You can always stock non-personalized products in your store by ordering them online at our website.
Are all products available for wholesale purchase or drop shipping?
All NKIN brand products are available, select other makers may be available as well. You can tell if a product is available for your re-sale if the retail price is crossed out and a new price is shown (you must be logged in to see this)
What if I received my personalized item, but realized that I or my customer had made a mistake when inputting the order?
Contact us by email or phone. If you would like them reprinted, there will be a reprint fee plus the cost of shipping.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order?
We can only make changes to/cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Please email or call us to modify order.
