What type of Bridal/Wedding Gown appointment should I book?

90 MINUTE CLASSIC FIRST LOOK

Ready to find your dream dress? Bring your hype team (up to 3 guests!), or come alone. Our classic appointment is best suited if you have shopped around and are ready to purchase a dress off the rack.

2 HOUR EXTENDED FIRST LOOK This is the appointment for you if you are committed to finding your dream dress on the spot or it is your first time wedding dress shopping! The extended timeframe allows you to try on ALL the dresses you would like in a relaxed time frame AND you can bring up to 6 guests,

SECOND PEAK

You think you found THE ONE, but you need to try it on one more time! Please call to confirm we still have the dress you wanted in stock before making this appointment. *Non-refundable (up to 3 guests)

MINI PEEK

Have you been on our online shop religiously and have ONE dress you are just dying to try on? Our 30 minute mini appointment is for you. In this appointment, you will be allowed to pre-select one dress to try on. This type of appointment is best suited for the nearlyweds who has shopped around and knows what they are looking for *appointment fee is redeemable toward the dress OR any other fun accessories day of your appointment

LITTLE WHITE DRESSES/RECEPTION DRESSES

A thirty minute appointment to try on our little white dresses! Best for the budget nearlywed with a budget under $750.00

What is your price range and size range?

Our sample off the rack wedding gowns are available in sizes 2-38 with the majority of our stock being in sizes 8-28.

We prioritize our stock for mid-size and plus-size bodies, since they are the hardest to find. If you are a below a "Bridal" Size 6, give us a call prior to booking your appointment

The price point of our gowns are $750-$2000 The majority of our stock is online with sizes, prices & availability.

What about cleaning and alterations?

We are proud to be your ONE STOP WEDDING SHOP with a full range of products and services, including alterations & cleaning, to make your wedding dress shopping journey easy and affordable.

ALTERATIONS

Alterations cost depend greatly on condition of the gown, sizing relative to your body, and your wedding date. We do offer alterations in-store with our incredible partnered seamstress!

We prioritize our couples, but do accept alteration appointments on dresses that were purchased outside of our boutique.

CLEANING

Our wedding dress cleaning service is the fairy godmother your gown has been dreaming of. We delicately and expertly pamper every lace, satin, and tulle detail, ensuring that your dress not only retains its ethereal beauty but also tells the enchanting story of your special day. Trust us to handle the aftermath of your magical celebration, leaving your wedding dress looking as stunning as the moment you first laid eyes on it. Because every gown deserves a happily ever after, even after the big day!

Our gowns are "as is" and do not including cleaning or alteration in the price point.

What does "off the rack" or "sample dresses" mean?

Off-the-rack wedding dress shopping is best for nearlyweds who are ready-to-buy, are budget-conscious and/or are in a tighter time crunch.

Unlike traditional wedding boutiques, we typically only carry one of each dress. The dresses cannot be ordered in different sizes or colours. They are in the condition as presented.

With that in mind, we know wedding dress shopping can be a big decision and feel overwhelming at times. If you are not ready to say yes to the dress on the spot, but want comfort in knowing no-one else will snatch up your favourite dress, you can put a dress on hold. A hold is $100.00 + tax and guarantees that the dress will not be sold for 24-48 hours (depending on your appointment day/time). This gives you a chance to sleep on it, consult photos, and make a comfortable decision. The $100.00 is redeemable towards your purchase of the dress OR a gift card toward our online shop if you decide to head into a diferent dress direction.

What about Bridesmaid/Mother of the Bride/Formalwear/ Guests etc?

We are so excited to bring a full range of formal wear to the boutique! Whether it be for a formal event or for your bridesmaids, we got something for everyone. Similarily to our wedding gowns, our formal wear are SAMPLES ONLY.

Our sample formal line is the way to go for a wedding guest dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom, or any other wedding party member!

We took a sustainable and economical twist on formal dress shopping to feature discontinued sample never worn dresses recycled at over 50% of their normal retail cost and donated dresses up to 80% over their original cost. It runs similar to our wedding gowns, so let's break it down for you.

You can expect a few key things:

1. Consultation: The appointment will likely begin with a consultation where the stylist will ask about your preferences, wedding theme, and any specific details you have in mind.

2. Time to Try On: Get ready to slip into some stunning dresses! Your stylist will bring options based on your preferences. Don't be afraid to try different styles to see what looks and feels best on you.

3. Feedback & Adjustments: Be vocal about what you like or dislike about each dress. The stylist may suggest accessories or alterations to customize the look to your liking.

4. Timing: Dress appointments can be booked for 1 hour (classic) or 2 hours (extended), so plan accordingly. Enjoy the process and take your time to find the perfect dress.

5. Bring Support: It's common to bring close friends or family to share in the experience and offer their opinions. Choose people whose input you value and who will support your decision.

Why is their a charge for the appointment?

Because we're here to give THE service! The consultation charge cover the stylist's time and expertise, ensuring a personalized and dedicated experience in a zero pressure environment. The cost of the appointment can be applied to the purchase of a gown OR any goodies day of!

Why is there a tipping option at checkout?

It allows clients to express appreciation for exceptional service provided by the salon staff, including consultants, tailors, and other support personnel. Tipping is NEVER expected, but ALWAYS appreciate!
